Endurance: Where Faith and Fitness Meet
Join Steven D and Nathan Thomas on Endurance for some essential spiritual training you don’t want to miss.
We love physical exercise, but we know that our spiritual training is far more important. (Check out 1 Timothy 4:8)
And so, on Endurance, we look at how to maintain a healthy balance between Faith and Fitness and how to endure in our daily spiritual training.

S06E007, Too Much of a Good Thing, Endurance
Steven and Nathan are feeling festive in this Christmas special where they take a look at “too much of a good thing.” For a laugh, Steven asks Nathan the questions at the end.
Endurance is your weekly spiritual workout, whether you think of yourself as a beginner, an intermediate, or advanced!
#GoDeeper
In this week’s GoDeeper, Steven gives examples of having too much of a good thing to the point that it becomes a bad thing. The most notable of which is exercise, which if done too much can cause injuries.
In contrast Steven also gives examples of things which you can’t do too much of like pray. Ultimately, he points out that you can’t have too much of Jesus.
#GoDo
For the final segment, Steven asks Nathan some questions:
- What’s your least favourite Christmas song?
- Have you ever eaten enough on Christmas Day?
- Can you give an example of when you have failed miserably and had too much of a good thing?
- How many prophecies are there in the Bible for the birth of Jesus?
- Have MI6 approached you on becoming one of their interrogators?
Watch this episode to hear what they discussed.
